Device Disposal provides electronic device destruction and recycling services. By placing an order or requesting a recycling kit, you agree to these terms. Our destruction services include prepaid shipping materials, physical destruction of your devices, and a Certificate of Destruction.
All destruction service orders require payment at the time of checkout. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. Volume discounts are applied automatically. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final once devices have been received and processed.
We provide prepaid shipping labels and boxes for all orders. You are responsible for properly packing your devices using the materials provided. Device Disposal is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping due to improper packaging. Shipping labels expire 30 days after issuance.
Our free recycling program is available for eligible devices only: cell phones, tablets, laptops, Macs, and smartwatches. We reserve the right to refuse non-eligible devices. Devices submitted for free recycling become the property of Device Disposal upon receipt. We do not provide Certificates of Destruction for recycled items.
Certificates of Destruction are provided for paid destruction services only. Certificates are delivered via email within 48 hours of device processing. Certificates include device descriptions, serial numbers (when legible), destruction method, date, and technician information.
Device Disposal's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By shipping devices to us, you represent that you have the authority to dispose of those devices.
Do not send: batteries that are swollen, damaged, or leaking; devices containing hazardous materials not covered by standard e-waste processing; stolen property; or devices subject to legal holds or pending litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
